Out of all the things to leave at a friends house

I was round about 14 when this happened.

One day I spent a night round a friend's house (male) and we had lots of fun, such a fun night very random to. It came to sleepy time and then we woke up in the morning. So I got changed but I was in a rush because we woke up late and my mum was going to pick me up in like half an hour. Eventually my mum arrived and I got home thinking I remembered everything but once I got home I noticed that something was missing.

My purple undies with a rainbow on them were missing. I panicked and remembered that while I was changing my underwear I must have left them on my friend's bedroom floor and forgot to put them back into my bag when I finished changing. I was so embarrassed I was freaking out all day and couldn't sleep.

So the next day was a school day and I was so nervous about seeing my friend but eventually I accidentally bumped into him and fell on my butt like the clumsy girl I am. "Oh hi Amy, I think you left something important round my yesterday." he said. My face turned bright red knowing what he was talking about while I watched him reach into his bag. He pulled out my missing knickers, I was so shocked that he pulled them out so casually. I looked around to see if anyone was looking and then snatched my underwear out of his hands and tried to hide them. "Thank you" I muttered and then ran off to the girl's bathroom in so much embarrassment.
