Power Hungry Episode 10 - The Water Dragon part 1

After her glorious victory she was still searching for more power as she failed to obtain the power of earth. Its nightfall and we come across a mystical girl dancing in a river as her long dark blue hair flew with the gentle breeze under the light of the full moon as the river glistened from its beautiful ray of light reflecting upon the girls naked body. Chloe came across the girl and stepped into the icy water alerting the maiden of her presence.
"Who goes there?" Kendra questioned as she turned her head to noise covering herself with her hands.
"Power..." Chloe mumbled as the moons gaze revealed the crazed girls face.
"Oh its a girl, thought you were a peeping tom" Kendra exhaled in relief.
"Power" Chloe repeated as she slowly walked towards her target.
"What? Your not friendly?" Kendra questioned as she slowly backed away. Chloe jumped towards her target but Kendra responded by having a spiral pillar of water surround her, to strong for any normal attack to pierce, sending Chloe back. As the water returned to normal Kendra appeared fully clothed.
"You don't want to fight me, turn around and walk away. I do not wish to fight you" Kendra said as she took a fighting stance.
"Ahahahaha" Chloe laughed uncontrollably and then attacked Kendra after turning one of her arms into a blade.
"You leave me no choice then" Kendra said in disappointment as she was forced into a fight. Chloe swung at her as she dodged each swing eventually hitting her with a blast of water sending her back.
"This will be tough, I'm no good at close combat" Kendra thought to herself. She then created a pillar of water, infusing herself with it, raising herself into the sky. She then started shooting streams of water at Chloe but each one shot was dodged. Chloe then shot a fireball from her mouth forcing Kendra to create a shield of water but this resulted in the battlefield to be covered in a thick cloud of steam hiding Chloe within it.

"Curses she tricked me" Kednra said to herself. She morphed the water pillar into a big water sphere and then shot it at the river causing a big wave in a 360 degree angle clearing the steam but Chloe was no where to be found.
"Where could she be? Did she get washed away?" Kendra asked herself as she returned to the ground. Suddenly a figure rose from the river.
"I got you!" Kendra said in excitement as she quickly turned around and sliced through Chloe with a sharp wave but it turns out it was just a duplicate.
"What?" Kendra questioned in confusion as more clones rose around her, all holding shadow swords. One by one they attacked the water girl as she sliced through each one with sharp water attacks but this eventually made her tired.
"Where are you you coward!?" Kendra questioned as she began to get annoyed with her opponent. All of the sudden Chloe came shooting out of a nearby tree and striked Kendra with a shadow sword.
"What? Ahhhh!" Kendra screamed in pain as a burst of blood came out of her body causing her to collapse into the river causing the water to slowly turn blood red.
"That was easier than I thought it was going to be. Oh well. Give me your power" Chloe said as she slowly walked towards the collapsed girl struggling to contain the excitement of obtaining a new power. But all of the sudden the water around Kendra began to move on its own eventually creating a ice box with Kendra inside.
"What the hell?" Chloe questioned as a new opponent appeared.
"You will not lay another finger on her, you freak!" the ice dragon Nick ordered as he appeared in front of the ice box.
